INTRODUCTION

Ramjas Political Review is the biannual peer-reviewed academic research journal run by the undergraduate students of the Department of Political Science, Ramjas College, University of Delhi. It is the only political science journal in the University of Delhi with an International Standard Serial Number, which is ISSN (O): 3048-5886. 

 

The first issue came out in 2023 and the journal has aimed to uphold the quality of essays and the spirit of undergraduate enthusiasts, ever since. So far, the journal has had Vol 1(1), 1(2), 2(1), and the team is currently working on the Vol 2(2). In the last issue, the journal received over ninety essays from educational institutions and think-tanks across the world, and with only ten articles in the journal, the competitiveness for publication and quality in research saw a steep increment.

 

With an objective of solidifying itself as the locus of academic deliberations pertaining to political science in the University of Delhi, the journal runs the Global Village initiative, under which several interviews with former Foreign Secretaries, authors, politicians, and academicians have been conducted. Alongside, the initiative also hosts panel discussions with students across the country to deliberate on academic pursuits pertaining to political science.
